Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our refund and exchange policy:

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, production begins, and changes cannot be accommodated.

What happens if my personalized item is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at within 5 days of delivery. Provide photo evidence, and we’ll send you a replacement along with instructions.

Can I return personalized items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items unless they are damaged upon arrival.

What is the return period?

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I preview my order before it's printed?

Yes, for watercolor and oil portraits, clients have the option to request a preview before the final print. If a preview is not requested, we’ll proceed to design, print, and ship the order.

What happens if I don't respond to the preview mockup within 24 hours?

If we don’t receive a response from you within 24 hours after sending the preview mockup and a reminder email, we reserve the right to proceed with printing and shipping the item(s).

Will I incur any fees if I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, a $20 design fee may be deducted before refunding your money. Once the order is shipped, unfortunately, we can’t cancel or return it.

What if I need to change the picture after you've started working on it?

We may charge design fees if you request changes to the picture after we’ve already begun working on your order. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.
